According to this:

A convicted felon serving a 20-year sentence for securities fraud and money laundering has, in 100 hours of interviews with Yahoo Sports, laid out allegations of massive violations of National Collegiate Athletic Association rules in the sports program at the University of Miami. An 11-month investigation by the news site includes charges by Nevin Shapiro (and backed by others) that the former Miami booster gave many thousands of dollars in cash and other gifts to dozens of athletes, improperly recruited players to the university, and illegally paid Miami coaches, too. According to Yahoo Sports, Shapiro has shared many of the allegations (and evidence) with federal prosecutors and the NCAA. Miami officials told the website that they took the charges seriously.

Shapiro is accused of providing 72  UM players with many illegal benefits including cars, yacht trips, prostitutes and an abortion for a stripper one player impregnated between 2002 and 2010. I could care less about his Ponzi scheme. This article will focus on the implications this has for college football.

According to this source:

We’re not talking about the occasional free dinner, t-shirt, bowling money, or an airfare home to be with a sick relative. We’re talking prostitutes.  We’re talking multimillion-dollar homes and yachts.

We’re talking upscale nightclubs in South Beach.  We’re talking jewelry.

Oh, it gets better.

We’re talking bounties for injuring opponents.  And then throw in a subsidized abortion while you’re at it.Some are calling this the most egregious collection of improper benefits ever allocated by one individual.

According to Shapiro himself, speaking about former player Devin Hester:

Hester allegedly received multiple cash gifts, approximately $3,000 for an engagement ring, tickets to a Miami Heat-Detroit Pistonsplayoff game, drinks and VIP access at nightclubs, multiple meals at Miami-area restaurants, food, drinks, entertainment and lodging at Shapiro’s $2.7 million Miami Beach home, entertainment on Shapiro’s $1.6 million yacht and jet skis, a suit, shoes and other clothing, and $7,500 in bounties from game performances.

Shapiro told Yahoo! Sports that he took Hester under his wing.

“Devin Hester was a really introverted kid,” he said. “Very quiet. [I] saw him sitting outside Larry Coker’s office, where he was unsure if he was ever going to play a down of football at the University of Miami. [I] started off taking him for lunches, meeting him for dinner, coming to my house often. He stayed at my house a few times, but was in my house often. I bought him rims for his [Lincoln] Navigator, I believe it was. It was a truck.”

This, of course, is not the first time such a thing has been rumored to happen at University of Miami. There was a controversy during the ’80s, at which the center of was Uncle Luke Campbell, rapper with 2 Live Crew:

Notice both Steve Walsh and Brian Perriman’s comments. They basically say that because of NCAA rules were so strict, players had no qualms about taking money from Uncle Luke, because they’d be stealing car stereos and selling crack otherwise.

 Yea, it’s all big bad college football’s fault.

Shapiro’s mother, Ronnie, has an interesting comment about such things, (from the first link) seemingly confirming it, though her statement is an either/or one, while we plainly see from the video that both were happening simultaneously.

Ronnie goes on, her husky, Brooklyn-accented voice rising with emotion. “They don’t mean nothing to me down there,” she says. “It’s a good thing 99 percent of those people know how to throw a ball. You know where they’d be otherwise: Opa-locka, Liberty City, selling crack on the corners. I don’t want to sound like a racist, but you know where I’m going with this. Once you’re from there, you’re always from there.”

Exactly. If they can’t stay within the bounds of legality while they’re trying to develop lucrative careers for themselves, they don’t deserve the opportunity. Aren’t we always hearing from Black America that selling crack and engaging in criminal behavior is an environmental side-effect to systematic oppression? We hear that sports and entertainment are the only real avenues open to enterprising black men as a result. Well, this is  one more argument that this is willful cognative dissonance.

What to do about it?

One possible punishment for the distribution and reception of illegal benefits would be a television ban.

“The problem with a television ban is that you penalize a conference of which they are a member, and you penalize all the schools that have contracts with them,” David Swank, former chairman of the N.C.A.A. Committee on Infractions, told the Times.

Another is the “death penalty:”

The NCAA handed SMU the death penalty in 1986 after a long history of violations that dated back to the 1970s. As a result, the SMU football program was banned from play in the 1987 season and school officials decided to forfeit the 1988 season. They were not allowed to recruit until August 1988. The results were crippling.

SMU finished with a winning record in all seven seasons leading up to the ban, and it finished the season ranked in the Top 25 in five of those years. Since the ban, the school has only had three winning seasons.

This is the same fate that needs to befall the ’Canes. If the allegations turn out to be true, then this won’t be something the NCAA can merely sweep under the rug. Somebody must be made an example of, and Miami is the perfect team to fill that need.

I agree with this article, which says:

NCAA, if you don’t act swiftly to corroborate this evidence, then your recent summit to address the ills of collegiate athletics is all for naught.

NCAA, if you find that these benefits did occur but then you don’t issue the “death penalty” to Miami’s football program, then you lack gumption and teeth.  You’re all talk and no action, and you will fall further from gaining renewed credibility from the public and your member schools.

12 players “alledged” to have taken improper benefits from Shapiro are expected to be declared inelligible, and my guess is that the censure will stop there. This issue, like many others, boils down to race. What we’re talking about here is mostly black athletes. This ultimately becomes a question about the educational system.

There is a pre-established cultural meme in this country, that for young black men, they don’t need to be paying attention in school if they’re good at sports. The idea that they can grow up and be ballers or rappers is encouraging the high drop-out rate in the black community. Furthermore, it is sending the message that skilled, (black) athletes are above the law in the sense that, as sports stars, they deserve special treatment and immunity.

All this because, as much as these college students/players are making a lot of money and are massive revenue generators, the NCAA is putting those profits to shame, to the tune of a $6.3 billion industry last year. The message needs to be sent to other schools and players who engage in illegal conduct, that they are not protected groups and do not deserve their status on anything less than the basis of hard work.

This is one more example of PC culture profiting from multi-culturalism at the expense of honest people, and final word will be had on this issue when penalties, if any, are imposed on UM. In this sense, we can consider Nevin Shapiro a “race traitor.”   

Maybe we need a minor league for the NFL. It’s the college football industry that sets up the NFL and makes it so popular and lucrative. Without college football and the idealization of college football heroes, no one would give a fuck about the NFL.

As rapper Jay-Z said on his Reasonable Doubt “I’m screaming at my arraignment/ All we blacks got is sports and entertainment.”

Behavior like this is why, and soon enough it might just be  entertainment. In your humble narrator’s opinion, criminality of this sort is another argument against Black America’s desire, willingness or ability to go legit, even when they ARE ”going legit.” Old White Men are authorizing this behavior because it is profitable, but it is still Black America’s fault. This behavior has been engrained and socially accepted as a way “out of the ghetto,” by the easiest route possible. My guess is that liberal culture gives this all one more by, and business resumes as normal. We are all products of our “environment.” Let’s not even talk about Michael Vick.

As I reported on recently, Mary Kellett, the Ellsworth, Maine prosecutor notorious for pursuing flimsy cases, always against men accused of sexual or domestic assaults, has put her foot in it again. Only this time, it appears that her misstep has put her ankle deep in a bear trap.

A recap of the most recent case goes as follows. Keovilaisack Sayasane, 44, was charged with threatening to harm his wife with a hammer in their home. A problem for the prosecution in the case was that Sayasane’s wife was scheduled to testify for the defense.  As the only eyewitness and alleged victim in the case, it could have proven to be an insurmountable obstacle to a conviction.

But the wife had a change of heart about testifying when she was told by Mary Kellett that Sayasane had been convicted of killing his first wife some 25 years earlier. The Bangor Daily News reports that when the judge in the case, Justice Kevin Cuddy, learned of this, he ultimately declared a mistrial, which ended the current proceedings against Sayasane, but allows the prosecution to retry the case.

Sayasane, however, had not killed his first wife. He was convicted of manslaughter in the 1987 stabbing death of a man in Hampden, Maine.

Court transcripts reveal that both defense attorney Jeffry Toothaker and Mary Kellett informed the court that they were both given the erroneous information on Saysane’s conviction by Deputy Attorney General William Stokes, head of the Attorney General’s Office’s criminal division. But Stokes has a strikingly different story. Namely that it never happened.

This is Stoke’s version according to the Bangor Daily News:

Stokes said he never provided any information to Kellett that indicated that the victim in the manslaughter case was Sayasane’s previous wife, or even that the victim was a woman. Stokes said he had no prior knowledge of the case before Kellett contacted him about it, and so had to go look up the information in case summaries that are kept on file at the Attorney General’s Office in Augusta.

The summary, Stokes said, indicates that the victim in the 1986 stabbing was a 21-year old man named Boudone Meuaneboutdy who was a friend of Sayasane’s. He said that is the information he forwarded to Kellett.

“Where the wife part came in, I have no knowledge,” Stokes said.

Now, assuming that Stokes is not lying, Mary Kellett has just been dropped into the fryer.  On the merits of his statement alone, two factors become abundantly clear.

• Mary Kellett engaged in witness tampering by lying to the alleged victim in the case thus coercing her to withdraw exculpatory testimony.
• Mary Kellett further perpetrated a fraud on the court by misleading the judge to believe that she had been furnished information from the state AG’s office, when in fact she had been furnished no such information.

There may well be other violations that become apparent as this case is investigated further. But these two points of interest do serve as grounds for further complaints to the Overseers of the Bar in Maine, as well as to the office of Governor Paul LePage and the Office of the State Attorney General.

There is a pending bar complaint on Mary Kellett stemming from the Vladek Filler case that was filed by the National Coalition for Men. That complaint has been investigated and referred to the bar with the recommendation that sanctions against Kellett were warranted.

It was originally the position of AVfM that before a complaint was filed with the bar against Kellett for the Sayasane case that the Filler complaint would be allowed to come to conclusion.  These recent revelations by the state AG of Maine are grounds to revise that decision.

On behalf of the people of the United States and in the interest of justice, AVfM will now proceed with a bar complaint against Mary Kellett for the willful fraud of a court of law and for witness tampering in a criminal proceeding. We will also be sending letters of protest and pleas for justice to Governor LePage and to the Attorney General of Maine.

I am also going to call on readers of AVfM to assist with these vital actions as quickly as possible. Please write Governor LePage and the State Attorney General and ask them why, after such demonstrated malfeasance on the part of a Maine state functionary, is she being allowed to continue prosecuting in Maine.

I am also writing Ellsworth District Attorney Carletta Bossano, Mary Kellett’s direct supervisor and the individual that holds the ultimate responsibility for actions that emanate from her office, to demand that Kellett be suspended from duties until her actions are thoroughly investigated. I ask all those interested in justice to do the same.

Sometimes I wonder if what I write makes sense. I never really feel writers block, just have time constraints. Every interesting thought or idea I think or hear someone else say throughout the course of a day finds its way to this blog. First and foremost this is me trying to sharpen my literary sword. I’m always up to the task of writing, and get antsy when I can’t — as in physically have a keyboard/pen/paper in front of me. But I’m always just shooting from the hip. I take time to edit, but I don’t really second guess myself. I’m perfectly happy, usually, to have a piece be grammatically and syntactically correct and philosophically unfinished. I value reason as a secondary aspect of imagination. I guess it makes me a very visual learner. The act of me going back and reading it is that much more fun considering it sparks my imagination all over again. If I end up contradicting myself, I have an easier time remembering what I wrote down than what I was thinking when I said it. Writing helps teach me about myself. This may mean that I end up with a bunch of scraps in the longest run, as your average pile of glittering opprobrium is bound to be. But what ends up being is the chance to write a few really good pieces of food for thought, interspersed with long philosophical burps between meals. I consider good writing to be ”good thinking, clearly stated,” and that alone. The problem is I get in my own way. So, on we all go, participating in our own private, on-going chrysalis; writing our own never-ending stories. Perhaps i find writing fascinating and it makes me quite vain.

She is cool as shit though. For only being 46 to my 23, she is even younger at heart. She would buy me beer as a teenager, smoke pot with me on occasion. She always let me have a ton of friends over to wreck our house…

She divorced my dad in 1993 when I was 5 and my brothers were younger. She met a bodybuilding lawyer/doctor (and later psychologist?!?!) who became my step-dad for 9 months in 1997. Her second marriage ended when he was found to be banging a younger, tighter 26 to his 44 year old office assistant. My mom had a slow stream of about 6 long term relationships during my adolescent years, and then finally married her third husband, last year – a nice, predictable guy.

She cracks jokes with waiters, bartenders and busboys and really anyone who will listen, asking them zany questions just for a reaction. I find she has something that is truly rare in women: humor. But not sarcasm. A genuine eye for detail mixed with sharp intellect, tempered by sweetness and femininity throughout.

So, *of course* she was cool with going to Hooters. She suggested I order “the freshly squeezed milk, [as she] knows firsthand how much I used to enjoy colostrum.” When she caught me checking out the waitress she just laughed  and then looked with me.

The waitresses were pretty hot. They definitely have some standards at this one. Maybe it’s a franchise. The other one I went to at 15 was hit or miss. I’m pretty sure the hooters uniform only comes in small and extra small. It’s probably how they weed out the fat girls.

I can’t help but feel I lucked out when it came to who my parents are, especially my mom where single-motherhood is concerned. There was a time after she divorced my dad when she only made $12 an hour at a time when daycare for 3 boys cost $21 an hour. I really don’t know how she did it. She eked her way from nothing into  $200 K a year in profits from her own business (which only lasted 3 years). She started working as a secretary/office assistant at California wineries and eventually made her way into luxury branding and marketing. There was a time when we were young that she got food stamps, but we’ve always progressed year after year. 

I wonder sometimes where I would be if my life had been shaped by the more common experiences and realities of single-mother families. No welfare for us. No prolonged poverty. I put it down to the fact that my mom was intelligent and driven to succeed, but didn’t compete with men on their terms. She even found a chance to work at home for almost five years. She could be successful and deferential.

I put it down to who she was. She was around a lot, and still made all the money we needed. I don’t know another parent who could mix safe with fun like she did. Plus, our house was always flooded with our friends, to the tune of 20 at a time, and she’s cool enough to proceed to cook for our horde  with pleasure.  That really doesn’t happen to anyone else that I know. When I got a little older, she still allowed just as many people to come over, only now we could drink beers and smoke cigarettes in the garage, and maybe I tried to have a girl spend the night with her consent.

If one person has been a main direct influence in my life, it has been her. Basically, everything I know, a woman taught me. I’ve had father figure types in my life, like step dads and mammas boyfriends, and my Uncle Jim, who lived with us for 2 years once, but she was smarter and more realistic than all of them.

She is a child of baby boomers, and thus very PC, but also knows when to laugh at bureacratic polite-ness, as well. It makes me think, that PC/liberal culture CAN BE good, so far as it can exist in a vacuum.  My world at home growing up, with my mom and two brothers, and always plenty of other kids, was always satisfying and nurturing and fun. This plus, as much fun as we had, everyone was always civil,  and my mom was an excellent disciplinarian. She taught us manners, class and style, but also let us go get muddy in the woods all day and be boys.

My mom bought into the feminist agenda pretty openly. She liked alpha, as husband #2 indicates to me, and hated patriarchy, as divorce from husband #1 indicates. But as much as she bathes in solipsism, everything she taught me was wholesome and useful… until I tried using it on the larger world outside our house. She gave me the framework for critical thinking, and swearing allegiance and fealty to higher causes. Her needs are the feminist movement and equality as an independent woman, having moved from a christian cult — seen “the light” — and then on to the greener pastures of ‘experiments in modern living.’ My brain shifted and spun so fast in my formative teenage intellectual years that when I first tasted doubt and defeat, I started to swing towards game and the alt-right, using the tools she put in my box.

I used to believe in feminism and multiculturalism wholeheartedly, thanks to her upbringing. For much time, it served to instill in me intellectual curiosity. I used to do like my mother would say, until I studied what she would do. At first I saw it as hypocrisy, the same of other prospective girls my age who said one thing and did another.

As much as she believed in equality and independence, it didn’t get in the way of the fact that she was raising boys. It helped to temper her view of men in the world, just as much as her ideas, as much as I know disagree with them, helped me learn about women.

I used to be an astute little people watcher, and one day I saw a guy throw a stack of magazines onto the top of a full dumpster. Lo and behold: Playboys!!! I took them home and showed my brother that is a year younger than me, as our little brother was only 7 and probably didn’t really care, so I thougt. My mom eventually discovered them, and asked what she thought our punishment should be.

I said that it was natural for boys to want to look at porno, and as much as she didn’t like it, she should let us as long as we were basically respectful.

My other brother said we should be punished equally and severely because it was an insult to our mom as a woman. (beta, white knight now, soon to be engaged to a warpig.)

Little brother: “if we’re going to be punished equally and severely, I at least want to look at the magazines beforehand!”

People being different makes the world go ’round. This post doesn’t have a particular message past being grateful to my mom. I’ve interacted with other of my friend’s mothers and they fucking suck. They’re bitchy, overly inquisitive and naggy. Politics in real life reacts as a pendulum. Without feminism, I would never have discovered game and the alt-right, much in the same way that my “equally and severely” brother is now deep into Christianity. As much as my teenage years were polluted by single-mother thought-crime, it helped me swing the other way.

I don’t know what the exact point of this post is. It’s basically to say that as much as I hate feminism, I love my mom. As much as she loves me, she hates to hear me talk about being anti-feminist, and basically plugged her ears when I started talking about intelligence and race at the dinner table, though my step-dad, beta that he is, thought “I raised a lot of interesting points,” and seemed generally receptive. This, in my opinion, is why liberal culture can seem innocuous. It’s the “we’re not all like that” argument. We all wade through a sea of things we don’t like, trying to change the world into our fundamentalist viewpoint.

 Life in America today is like going with your mom to Hooters. So much of our primal instinct is legislated and conditioned out of us. You want to touch, but you cant. You want to scream, but they silence you. Usually you live in a poisoned well with a glad heart, until you drink water.

This, until I reference the “old” woman at the table across from us, to which she sputters and jumps: “she’s as old as I am!”

It doesn’t matter until it happens to us. In fact, it doesn’t exist. At first I was outraged, now, I’ve learned to live in close proximity to that which I hate, and to keep quiet about my feelings. I don’t talk about game with girls. I don’t talk about race related ideas with anyone other than receptive white people.

Action is better tempered. For a real revolution to get off the ground in this country, we need a bunch of philosophers first. Mind warriors need to always remember what they love, but still stay really close to what they hate. The public at large needs to see heroes: strong and morally sound men, who speak truth, and draw attention to their arguments through charisma, but also common sense.

I used to love hip hop music, and still do, though have distanced myself from it the older I get. I’m no wigger, and never have been, but it is not hard to understand the appeal of hip hop music and culture for white people.

Something is missing in white culture and consciousness today, and I think a lot of people recognize this deep down. I remember thinking vivid thoughts in younger years about what it would be like to be black, and how that appealed to me. I remember thinking to myself that I would rather live in a ghetto with lots of other black miscreants, becoming adept to a life of crime and possibly suffering prison or death, just for a sense of belonging, which I only on occasion felt with other white people.

White people have no strong male role models as representatives of culture, at least none that are highly recognized and touted in the same way rap stars are. For the average teenager thinking about self-identity, wigger-ness is attractive because the alternative is joining swpl whites — unappealing to most. It leads to self-hate of a certain stripe. In my hardcore liberal days, I remember thinking “why aren’t these other white people outraged about Special Cause xyz?!?!?!” It’s because deep down, nothing is really wrong.

Still, we search. I’ve always been kind of a conspiracy theorist at heart. I’ve always lusted after esoteric information. Rap music and lyrics provide easily digestible bites of information and cultural value for lazy teenagers. Why watch the news or read books when you can go buy an album by the Black CNN? Many rappers profess to “tell it like it is,” that they are simply mirrors for the culture at large. But I believe that responsibility cannot be abdicated. The purpose of Hip Hop music has always been revolutionary and contrary to society at large. It’s uplifting message stops at the color divide.

This article also spells out the dangers of being taken in by hip hop. Rap music in this country gives Black America a second, disingenuous face:

It was, Chuck D said, about “informing people, connecting people, being a direct source of information”. Technological hurdles needn’t be an issue, either. “Be multimedia in the media they limit you with,” he suggested. In fact, everything he said was rousing. “You can hide anger in a note,” he explained, “taking the word and using it as shrapnel.”

The historical context was well drawn, tracing links between Public Enemy and spiritual slave songs, both seen as “rebellion of enslavement”. Those spirituals had to be coded, euphemistic, but would simmer with bitter outrage and hopes for freedom.

Later, even innocent-sounding pop songs, such as Martha and the Vandellas’ Dancing in the Street, had a fiercely political backdrop and subtext. Against a context of riots in Los Angeles, the song asks if listeners are ready for a “brand new beat”. This was revolutionary, one music historian suggested, at a time when “people are trying to figure out how we say these things we’re not allowed to say.

Black culture has something that white culture does not: a “cool factor,” lent to it by slang etc. When we unpack the slang, we see deep down it is anti-white, masquerading as anti-oppression/govt.  I guess it’s just not that awesome to be white in America right now. White people as a group are also quite divided, like any other group I’m sure, but I find no great group solidarity to seek shelter under. In this way, black/liberal culture appears more inclusive. It also appears more masculine and exciting than beta swpls. The problem is, they don’t like us to get too close. In my opinion, its other white people — rich and liberal — who are encouraging us toward hip hop culture, not black people.

A sense of hopelessness propels the wigger. I think white people feel at home under the PC Umbrella because we too have a sense of disenfranchisement and dissaffection stemming from lack of group identity, or rather permissibly PC group identity. The simplest solution is to join every other minority and blame Big Daddy Government, which helps to explain away doubts.

I think white people understand the limits of this as well, but they usually have to get close enough to get burned before they realize. Marijuana and other drugs are an example. These are glorified by hip hop and rastafarian cultures and the law-defying nature of drug consumption and sale appeals to many dissaffected whites. It decreases “racism” so to speak.

But that’s not “the game.” There is no solidarity in crime, even among in-groups. Wiggers return to the White Side of The Force when they realize they are perpetual targets/marks for their black “friends.” The Hip Hop Nation doesn’t really want us, to liberalism’s chagrin. I’ve seen, and perhaps you have to, plenty of black people give wiggers the “white boy must be crazy look,” for trying to “act black.” The subconcious communication is that we should already know “they’re” crazier than “us,” and to be in our right minds means to avoid their culture, styles, habits and mannerisms. In their minds, we’re asking for forgiveness and punishment. I see wigger-ism as the New White Guilt. Keepin’ it real always goes wrong when you basically have zero backup.

Still, every wigger is inextricably white. You can put white boys in Detroit’s 8 Mile, have them grow up around mostly black people, and still find that the product — Eminem – is a better rapper than Jay-Z. Hows this for “getting murdered on your own shit?”

 The question I want to ask is: are these songs, the most descriptively violent hip hop songs I could find:

really any different than Martha and The Vandellas?

The only difference is increasing permissiveness. The message is basically the same.

Every time black on black violence occurs in a senseless way, it’s a rapper like him that comes under fire. This are his responses to Bill O’Reilly, for O’Reilly’s criticisms:

I hate Fox News, too, but is O’Reilly really wrong about him and others like Jay-Z, Ludacris, Cam’Ron etc? Hip Hop is simultaneously attracting and repelling white people, basically because there are two levels and two ways to look at this cultural influence. It’s uplifting, but only if you see violence as a remedy and metaphor for power and status. It is an interesting question to ask. Our country was founded and maintained in violence. What makes “our” violence more palatable? It was principled, unlike the Crack Wars of the 80s and other fodder for hip hop music. Perhaps ugly truth and moral outrage are simply two sides of the same coin, two vantage points from which to consider.

Regardless of the answer, we must still maintain respect for the other, even if not accorded to us. What greater nobility than Scipio Africanus’ respect for Hannibal Barca, despite the fact that Rome razed Carthage?

As comedian Paul Mooney says

Everybody want to be a Nigger but nobody want to be a Nigger.

 Sean Shuland and Alfred Stewart, both hearing impaired, were stabbed early Saturday morning after fellow club-goer Barbara Lee mistook their sign language for gang signs, police said.

Shuland, 33, and Stewart, 31, were exchanging signs while inside a South Florida nightclub. But Lee misinterpreted the sign language as gang signs, and began “throwing” them back to the two men, police say.

The men signaled for Lee to leave, but the 45-year-old woman came back to the club, this time with Marco Ibanez, 18, and another juvenile, reports the station.

Police say just before 5 a.m. a fight ensued, ending with the two hearing impaired men being rushed to the hospital with stab wounds, the station reports.

This happened in May, and I just found out about it, but it is an obvious Sign The World Is Coming To An End and it is the Epic Fail of at least the month, if not longer.

It makes me think a lot of things. The first of which is — bitch, what are you doing in a gang at 45, not to mention a night-club? Also, what’s up with the bruises/venerial disease on your face. Secondly, how did an 18 year old and 17 year old get into this fucking club, and strongarm and knockout the bouncer? Thirdly, why do you suck at stabbing people so bad, Marco Ibanez? You stabbed 4 people, yo! and not one inflicted wound was life threatening? wtf, bro? I can outsource for better gang bangers in my backyard. And finally, what are deaf people doing in the club? Not conducive to your lifestyle, broheim.

Furthermore, who the fuck could possibly mistake sign language for gang signs? You’d have to be pretty dumb. The only things I know how to say in sign language are “I’m hungry,” “I want a pet squirrel,” and “please buy me a helicopter.” Don’t ask me why, that’s all I know. Regardless, I always know sign language when I see it.

I’m still trying to unpack all of the meaning inherent in a story like this because it is telling me so much. To start with, it shows that your average criminal is un-intelligent and reactionary. We should be afraid of gangs as a whole, because they have backup, but each part is itself un-impressive.  Similar to GL Piggy’s assertion that bad black tipping is one more way for minorities to assert power over the people “holding them down,” much in the same way that flash mobs are a logical extention of this, it appears to me that violence is the last refuge of liberalism, as well as its catalyst. For people who feel oppressed and see the world as “ignoring them,” violence becomes sanctified “by any means necessary.”

Stories like these are also indicative of our entitlement culture. More than just a social or economic handout, liberalism in this country is encouraging the decay of morality and philosophical miscagenation through the demise and re-interpretation of personal liberty. Usually, for someone to make me so mad that I want to stab them, I have to at least interact with them first. All it says to me is that some people feel so shit on by society, only somewhat justifiably, that they feel the need to return the favor 10 fold. Their righteous action is simply perpetration of another kind.

Oh, you like stabbing people who dismiss you and disagree with you? No problem. Keep it as real as you want, just don’t get mad when I pull out my pistol in the bar and shoot you in the legs.

The final thought that occured to me when pondering this piece of news is that liberalism is not even safe from itself. Two different protected classes, like black people and the handicapped/deaf cannot co-exist when their “needs” are diametrically opposed.  The banner of multiculturalism is being burned by its own spark. This case is another example of black people proving to America that the “we’re not all like that” meme is actually true. Alfred Stewart was obviously not a criminal or gang-banger, but his skin color and dress-code made him appear to be one by default. Basically, “we” have to distinguish the difference, but “they” can’t be bothered to. It is a window onto the mindstate that blacks see eachother as dangerous criminals, even when they are, in reality, non-gangbanging, basically good citizens (for all we know) like Alfred Stewart. I guess there are exceptions, but they’re helping to prove the rule.

She might spin wool, as a sign of gentility, but her chief economic function was to superintend the servants. She usually nursed her children herself, however. The father and mother, their house and land and property, their children, their married sons, their grandchildren by these sons, their daughters-in-law, their slaves and clients — all this constituted the Roman familia. It was within this miniature society that Roman children originally grew up, in piety and obedience, to form the sturdy citizens of a highly functioning state.

From beginning to end of Roman history, the sexual morality of the common man remained essentially the same: coarse and free, but not incompatible with successful family life. Virginity was demanded of young women, but premarital chastity in men was not censured, provided it preserved a decent respect for the rightful hypocricies of mankind. We find express justifications of this from Cato to Cicero.

Men married early, usually by twenty, and not before 14. Women could marry at 12. Marriage was liberum quaerendorum causa – for the sake of getting children. In every case the consent of both fathers was required. Betrothal was formal and constituted a legal bond. The relatives gathered in a feast to witness the contract; a stipula, or straw, was broken between the parties as a sign of their agreement; the dowry put in writing. The man placed an iron ring (and certainly no diamond) on the fourth finger of the girl’s left hand. He did not wear one. Often times he weighed out a dowry in gold in front of the wedding party, as a sign to all he bought her fair and square.

Early Roman law made marriage compulsory; but this law must have become a dead letter by 413 B.C., when Camillus as censor imposed a tax on bachelors.

Divorce was difficult and rare in marriages by confarreatio; marriages cum manu could only be dissolved by the husband and in marriage sin manu divorce was open to either party at will, without asking the consent of the state. Clan custom required a man to divorce an unfaithful or child-less wife.

Old Cato said that

If you find your wife in the act of adultry, the law permits you to kill her without trial. If by chance she surprises you in the same condition she must not touch you even with the tips of her fingers; the law forbids her.

She was also forbidden from drinking or being found in her husband’s wine cellar, for which the punishment was death.

The young women of early Rome were probably not quite so pretty as the later ladies whom the experienced Catullus would credit with laneum latusculum manusque mollicellas ”little sides as smooth as wool, and soft little hands.” Presumably in those rural days toil and care soon overlayed adolescent loveliness. Blondes, then as now, were at a premium, as were the German dyes which made them. Roman men were impressive rather than handsome.

As Roman society rose, so did women with the wealth of society. Cosmetics became a necessity, and caustic soap imported from Gaul tinged graying hair into auburn locks. The rich borgeosie took pride in adorning his wife and daughter with costly clothing or jewelry and made them the town criers of his prosperity. Even the role of women in government grew. They occasionally rose to the highest positions, as Empress Dowager, like Tiberius’ mother, who claimed he had the throne at her behest alone.

Old Cato says that

all other men rule over women; but we Romans, who rule all men, are ruled by our women.

In 195 B.C., the free women of Rome swept into the Forum and demanded the repeal of the Oppian Law of 215, which had forbidden women to use gold ornaments, varicolored dresses, or chariots. Cato predicted the ruin of Rome if the law should be repealed:

If we had, each of us, upheld the rights and authority of the husband in our own households, we should not today have this trouble with our women. As things are now, our libery of action which has been annulled by female despotism at home, is crushed and trampled on here in the Forum… Call to mind all the regulations respecting women by which our ancestors curbed their license and made them obedient to their husbands; and yet with all those restrictions you can scarcely hold them in. If you permit them to remove these restraints… and to put themselves on an equality with their husbands, do you imagine that you will be able to bear them? From the moment that they become your equals they will become your masters.

The women laughed him down and stood their ground until the law was repealed, but he had his revenge as censor, by multiplying by ten the taxes on the articles that Oppius had forbidden.

 But the tide that was in flow could not be turned. Other disadvantageous laws to women were repealed, modified or ignored. Women won the free administration of their dowries, divorced their husbands and occasionally poisoned them. Marriage became political and subordinate, in the upper classes, to money and politics. Wives became political stepping stones for husbands and vice versa. Emperors like Vaspasian, Antonius Pius and Marcus Aurilius, tired of being hen-pecked by legacy-chasers, all retired peacefully to concubinage in their old age. It was not uncommon for a rich 60 or 70 year old man to be begged for children by a young, beautiful woman.

The censor Metellus Macedonius (131) had begged men to marry and beget children as a duty to the state, however much of a nuisince (molestia) a wife might be; but the number of celibates and childless couples increased more rapidly after he spoke. Children were now luxuries only the poor could afford.

Clodia, the wife of Quintus Caecilius Metellus, was the most prominent example of those ladies in this period who supplemented their husbands with a succession of cavalieri serventi. She had a passion for the “rights of women” and shocked the older generation by going about unchaperoned with male friends, publicly kissing them and inviting her male friends to dinner while her husband absented himself. Caelius, alluding to the price paid for the poorest prostitutes, called her a quadrantaria – the quarter of an as (one and a half cent) woman. This was Rome’s new paradigm, and America’s present one. Metellus further denounced her in court saying

if she ever were to have a child by me, I would not be surprised to find it was Ethiopian.

Women in this age wished to be sexually rather than maternally beautiful. In general, the desire for individual freedom seemed to be running counter to the needs of the race. To accentuate the evil, legacy hunting became the most profitable occupation in Italy. Men were sure to be courted in their declining years by expectant and ghoulish warpigs, and so large a number of Roman men relished this esurient courtesy that it became an added cause of childlessness. 

Augustus was the first to be truly disturbed by these insignia of civilization. He began to feel that a movement backward to the old faith and morals was necessary. It was not good, for the present to break too sharply with the past: “a nation must have a continuity of traditions to be sane, as man must have memory.” 

Augustus promulgated and passed a series of laws through the Assembly aimed at restoring morals, marriage, fidelity, parentage and a simpler life. Among others, they forbade adolescents to attend public entertainment except in the company of an adult relative; excluded women from athletic exhibitions and limited expenditure on homes, servants, banquets, weddings, jewels and dress. The most important of the Julian Laws was the lex Iulia de pudicitia et de coercendis adulteriis (18 B.C.) “The Julian law of chastity and repressing adultery.” 

Here for the first time marriage was brought under the protection of the state. The father retained the right to kill an adulterous daughter as soon as he discovered them. A husband could kill his wife if he found her sinning in his home. The lying, adulterous woman was to be banished for life, was to lose a third of her fortune and half her dowry, and not marry again. (Howzabout that www.register-her.com?) A wife, however, could not accuse a husband of adultery, and he might with legal impunity have relations with registered prostitutes.

Augustus’ laws were also designed to keep aristocratic Roman blood pure, and free from alien mixture, as well as to restore marriage as a child-bearing institution. It didn’t work. Old Cato rolled in his grave at the site of female actresses, athletes, gladiators, poets etc, riding through the street in sedan chairs, exposing themselves in the parks, attending the theater or the public banquet with male accompanyment, walking in plain view with bare shoulders!

If we get right down to the History 101 lesson here, we see that we find bitches running wild because legal patriarchy was dispensed of as a formality, despite the respect accorded to women. The laws of Augustus made some obeisance to the facts by releasing from tutela any woman who had borne three legitimate children, which was one of many nails in the Roman coffin. By the end of the second century, all compulsory tutelage was ended in law for free women over 25. At least they had women under lock and key until they were 25 with declining looks. There is hardly a greater reward for everyone than saving women from themselves.

I was struck when reading Will Durant’s Caesar and Christ, from which exerpts are taken for this, how very similar all of this sounds to our present day gender issues in this country. Romans had the good sense, and good fortune, to legislate against these female usurpations while in moldy bloom. In this country today, we see an even further deterioration of the law as to be anti-man.

That said, whose to say by how much this problem will exacerbate itself in comparison to it’s Roman predecessor, but the simple fact that we see the gentle hand of patriarchy being bitten, and society engulfed in liberalist flames in an ancient example is the surest sign that the end will come, and our cities will burn, too. As personal liberty of the leading men in society is undermined and usurped by the deterioration of marriage and the influx of foreign aliens to our native soil, the only question that becomes of this repeating cycle is “if not now, when?”

My neighbor is 35, and regularly comes over or vice versa to have a few. We have evidently built up enough rapport for him to feel comfortable telling me he’s been to jail on a 4 year stretch and several year bids. One time last week, he came over and looked really drugged oug – eyes glassy, slow reaction time, lethargic body language… He said he ate 80 Klonopin and snorted another 20. At first I didn’t believe him, but he was still equally as fucked up the next day, so it must have been true. Apparently the last time he took this many prescription meds at once, he needed to have his toe sewn back on after stepping on a bike chain in a haze and not feeling it.

Still, he’s a good guy, and has introduced me to all kind of good folk in our neighborhood area. One time recently, he helped me get weed for myself, and called a dealer over to his house. He made a call and his guy said he’d be there in 5 minutes. His window is one onto the parking lot and so when an Escalate on rims (We have a ‘Big Boyz Tire Shop’ 500 yards from the house) blaring rap music pulled into a parking space, I looked at him and with a straight face, he said “yea, I only deal with nigger drug dealers.”

For a second, I thought this might have been the truth, and I thought about the potential loss in terms of quantity and quality of what I would be given. My heart rate increased slightly as I fantasized about having to be on my guard and possibly fight a shady character. But he smiled too quickly, and I then recalled the many white people we’d bought marijuana from in the past. Analyzing my own history of weed buying, it’s obvious I subconsciously prefer buying drugs from white people. We all had a beer and smoke a little and had a good ole’ boy time. It makes what is  a paranoid experience to begin with much more tranquil.

The shady characters in my neighborhood are of every racial persuasion — basically poor, drug-addicted white people and a lot of black. I’m just glad I have some of them on my team. My neighbor was telling me about how black prostitutes in the area would take johns into the basements of our buildings, into the laundry room for a quick one. Their pimps were usually strapped and the ones doing the recent home invasions around here for drugs and money. All this  until a police crackdown a few months ago.  

My neighborhood is still pretty shady, though. My neighbor’s step-son, who is 10, is always riding a bike around in the street. He’s a pretty smart kid for his age, so when he saw somebody in my car 2 days ago, he ran upstairs and knocked on my door. My brother and I rushed downstairs, ready to beat the holy hell out of whoever it was. There was no one in it by that time, and a closer inspection revealed that the broken labtop and GPS device I had laying out under clothes and trash were untouched. The only thing missing was a handful of change from the cupholder.

It must have been one of the little black girls who ride their bike in the street near my car. I think I forgot to lock it. I’ve yet to approach or have a meaningful conversation with any black person in my neighborhood, though I see them every day. I keep hearing stories of really fucked up things happening to other people, like muggings, home invasions, threats etc. I’m starting to realize this is why.

Madison is not Milwaukee, and I think we have a lesser chance of mob violence here, but significant ammounts of gang related violence and crime have taken place here recently.

An article a few months ago in the Wisconsin State Journal says:

The Police Report and 911 tapes from the hate crime that was Wisconsin State Fair have been released. You know, the one that probably none of the 34 combined people arrested by two police departments will be convicted of, nor the event itself even be labeled as?

Hi I’m calling because my kids came from the state fair and they were attacked by a group of black people that opened the car door and started punching them

Hi, uhm, there was like 25 black kids that were trying to jump a State Fair park worker.

We’re outside State Fair and there’s a white guy getting beaten up by about 100 black people.

One caller just after 11:30 said he “just wanted to make sure somebody got to the kid who was getting, just, pummeled on the side of the road.”

The African Americans that were beating the hell out of him pulled him up off the sidewalk into the bush. And the security guard, the African American lady that was working that gate, her ass needs to be fired, because she didn’t do a damn thing. She just stood there and watched.

In another tape, a [edit: white] man who sounds drunk or dizzy tells the dispatcher he was jumped and beaten, and eventually turns his rage on her.

“Yeah, there’s a group of African Americans that are walking down 75th Street, going north, that thought it was okay to have a law abiding citizen walking by… and they just jump me, what?”

“Do you need an ambulance, sir?”

“No I don’t need an ambulance. I’m bleeding but I don’t give a shit.”

“Do you want an ambulance?”

“No I don’t want a fucking ambulance. Send some squads, arrest these people.”

“We have squads all over the area you’re going to have to walk up to an officer and find one.”

“Walk up to an officer? I don’t see an officer anywhere what are you talking about?”

“We have about 20 squads all around the general area.”

“I mean this is what I gotta go through, I pay taxes and I’m walking down the fucking street  — really? — and this is what the fuck happens, some stupid fucking black motherfuckers, they think they can just punch people, really?”

2300: 9-1-1 call received in regards to fight at front entrance of State Fair. People are everywhere.

All this in a little more than two hours. If I’m counting right, that is 37 separate incidents, and possibly more. And this probably won’t be called a hate crime very loudly. Let’s juxtapose this with the case of Paul Captain,

 a white man recently charged with a hate crime for sending threatening emails to a Wisconsin State Fair official, Patrice Harris, pictured below.

His messages to her included the following:

After opening day & what happened Last night after the fair there will now Be major revenge on all Fucking Worthless NIGGERS in Milwaukee!!!

And you can now EXPECT MAJOR REVENGE…..SHOOTINGS….. MASS…NIGGERS…KILLED…… I will be packing my guns on me on the State fair grounds from now on when I attend the fair again…EXPECT…… M.A.J.O.R.!!!!!T.R.O.U.B.L.E.!!!!!!!!

 She apparently locked her door and called 911 when she got the emails. Captain signed both e-mails “JARED…..LOUGHNER….the 2nd!!!!!”, a reference to the Tuscon, Arizona man who killed six people and injured 14, including Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, in a January shooting spree.

This is the hypocrisy we live with. Black leaders, have offered stern rebuke, like Philly Mayor Michael Nutter

 He says:

Take those God-darn hoodies down, especially in the summer. Pull your pants up and buy a belt ’cause no one wants to see your underwear or the crack of your butt.’

J. Whyatt Mondesire, head of the Philadelphia chapter of the NAACP, called Mr. Nutter’s remarks ‘courageous.’

Mr Mondesire: ‘These are majority African-American youths and they need to be called on it.’

But we don’t need black leaders to comment on this. It is tell-tale that Obama has yet to weigh in on the subject. Probably because rioters are being described as “Obama supporters.” We need more white people like Paul Captain to step up and say something. Perhaps he didn’t couch his words effectively enough, though his anger is palpable and understandable. In his own words, Mr. Captain has been jumped by black youths many times during his residence in Milwaukee.

The line between free speech and hate crime is razor-thin. And if you can’t walk on a tightrope without your feet bleeding, you might as well deny medical like the stoic man above and go get yourself a carry permit.

I keep thinking about what country we fucking live in. It sure as shit isn’t America. Welcome home. Let’s all gather ’round the melting pot so Obama can give us a taste of Kenya. There’s no other way to describe this. The rule of law has eroded as we know it, in an upside-down world where Amurica, proud leader of the free world we are, denigrates into third-world rioting. Isreal Zangwill’s Melting Pot, and similar ideas provide the space needed to radically interpret American Democracy and liberalism. They are the foundation for more pogroms, not escape from them.

I work with a lot of Mexicans. They are all cooks. One may go to any metropolitan area in the United States and, upon walking into the kitchen, find Mexicans or Central Americans cooking his food. Mexican chefs exist at every strata of the restaurant food chain. Most times they are cooking your food very well. Still. Anyyyything you can do I can do better!

I don’t know why it is Mexicans are so good at cooking. It’s most likely what’s available to them in this country. Along with construction, agricultural work and others, it is some of the easiest and most plentiful work that an illegal immigrant can come by. Construction apprenticeships might be more useful to a young illegal immigrant, but I think a cooking job is the right ammount of entry-level position with growth potential. In the kitchen, when it’s slow, the cooks call in Spanish for the dishwasher, and he is apprenticed on the line.

There’s only one Aaron Sanchez, and so most of these guys are chef de cusine or line manager. But I’m truly awed at how many Mexicans cook food in this country. It’s a step above working in strawberry fields, and it’s still basically menial labor, but for whatever reason, this is a job there are a lot of guays doing, and doing very well. If you eat sushi, Korean food, classic Italian or French regardless, all of L.A. and N.Y. have illegal immigrants cooking your food.

Until I started seeing it for myself, I figured it was whatever ethic food I’m eating’s ethnicity that was cooking it, but that was when I was 10 or so. When we punch in at work, the Mexicans use fake SS numbers, and only make slightly above minimum wage. There is no glory in it. This is true for any cook. You have to pay a lot of dues, but we’re still not going to see very many Mexicans owning anything more than a taqueria. The pay-off for them has a ceiling. From what I can tell, many work at fine dining restaurants, but are never the absolute best that it takes to graduate the CIA or execute a cutting-edge menu at their own restaurant.

Guays are taking jobs that American college kids should have, but don’t want. There are no London rioters or their American equivalent who will take these jobs, not when liberal culture is promising them something for nothing. No one wants to take a bitter pill and work hard, even though that is exactly what creates no quarter for our immigration system.

I think there will be an increasing trend in restaurant work for young, middle-class, college-educated white people. I went out for drinks with all of my co-workers and was talking to the manager, a guy two years older than me with a Master’s degree in I-forget-what. He basically said he “educated himself into a corner,” and can’t get out of it. He considers his degree basically worthless and has been working in a restaurant for the last two years instead.

I’m only on the front lines of one little piece of this, which I realize a little more every day, as the turn-over rate at my place is very high. They let college kids home from summer work for 6 weeks or UW students work for one semester. The people that stick around are the graduates who don’t have anything better to do, who all had hopes and dreams and dream jobs lined up, to see them fall through and find restaurant work a calling. I predict we will see many more liberal, white, swpl graduates doing these hands-on basic labor jobs in the future, and it causing a tension between us and the people who we pay to do things for us.

The divide is kind of already there at work. The kitchen is brown and un-intelligible. The floor is blonde and pretty. If we keep pushing out lowest-common-denomonator graduates at all levels, and talented people are either forced out or leave the workplace in disgust, I think this is what smart people end up doing – returning to more simple employment.  

I have no truck with the kitchen guays, but I see a lot of white people coming for their jobs in the semi-near future. I think it will happen on its own. 80% of restaurant owners started in an entry-level position, as most guay kitchen managers do, but I see a day where even more (white) people start opening restaurants and would rather have disaffected college grads in the kitchen than guay illiteracy.  I think it depends how bad the situation gets and how many people end up needing to wait tables to survive. Perhaps in the news next we will see guay kitchen flash mobs.
